We are in the middle of selling our house. Almost everything has been handled by email and Docusign, so I didn’t think much of the huge envelope that came in the mail from the escrow company.  I finally opened the envelope 10 days after receiving it (on a Sunday) only to find that I needed to sign a ton of paperwork, and get some of it notarized.
